Who we are

Information you submit

When you submit a contact, cost-check, platform or pharmacy application form, we store the details you enter and email them to our team so we can respond. These details are not shared with advertising platforms.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads, and Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags for our Google ads. When permitted, Meta Platforms (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; Meta Platforms, Inc. elsewhere) and Google (Google Ireland Ltd. in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; Google LLC elsewhere) receive:

• page views on our public pages, with the page address;
• a notice that an inquiry form was submitted successfully — never its contents;
• technical data each platform collects itself, such as your browser, IP address and its cookies (for example Meta's _fbp and _fbc).

Purposes: ad measurement and ad delivery optimization. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or form answers to Meta or Google, and we do not report pricing pages for individual pharmacy partners or the agreement page. Each platform processes this data under its own privacy policy: Meta and Google.

Your choice

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland — and wherever we cannot determine your region — these advertising tools stay off unless you accept advertising cookies. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can switch them off. We keep a record in your browser of your choice, when you made it, and the version of the notice you saw.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; it applies immediately in all open tabs. Withdrawal reloads an open page to remove previously loaded advertising tags.
